Designlab UX Academy – 2019
In 2019 I completed Designlab's UX Academy — a structured program covering end-to-end UX methodology, from research and personas through wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. What struck me most going through the coursework was how much of it I had already been practicing in my professional work for years. The program gave me a formal framework and vocabulary for processes I had developed instinctively over a 20-year career in design. The projects below were completed as part of that coursework.
